For your safety, along with our normal cleaning we disinfect common surface areas. 100 MG high speed internet. Listen to the creek, watch the wildlife and only a mile from town. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

In the Heart of Wellsville, studio is located on the main level (there are 3 steps at front door) of the historic Electric Rail Depot was the Wellsville station for the interurban that ran east down Wellsville Main street from 1912-1946. This space offers a queen size bed with 70" flat screen with dvd & wifi. Has mini fridge, small microwave, sink, single coffee maker. Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

Welcome to our home! This 2 bedroom 1 bath home can sleep 6 people comfortably. If you are looking for a night in, cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on our smart tv. Want to feel like a kid again? Compete with up to 3 people on our arcade game. The home is only a few minutes from downtown Logan and a 10 minute drive from Logan Canyon. If you are looking for a place with a country feel, the neighbors chickens and other animals will make the stay more rural, but they can be noisy at times.
