Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is located only 500m away from the beach. There are plenty of markets and restaurants in walking distance from the house. We can provide free on-premises parking. The house is arranged with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and open plan living room and kitchen. An outdoor kitchen and veranda will be available for you to enjoy during the summer heat.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
