There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
