No parties! No noise after 23:00! We would like to welcome you our holiday beach house! We are happy to rent this out to guests while we are not around. Waterfront - Amazing 360 views.

Enjoy a waterfront place with an enormous terrace consisting of a beautiful bar, wood burning oven, barbecue, dining table and seating area. Plus there is a bonus roof terrace above the apartment. The views of the Mar Menor are as wonderful as taking a dip in the warm waters or just languishing on the beach directly in front of the house.
