This Sleep 10 property is an ideal base for exploring Northern Ireland. We are close to the villages of Ballyronan, Coagh & the town Magherafelt. Only 45 Minutes from Belfast, 50 Minutes from Portrush and aprox 2 hours from Dublin. Having a small wedding, perfect location. We just had our first wedding here and it looked beautiful. Steeped in 100’s of years of history, and home place of the foundation of the Orange Lodge, (LOL 1 is a stones throw away), we have a stunning, peaceful home nestled amid rolling hills, a stream and ancient orchards. Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a large family kitchen and living area, a reading room, a sitting room, utility and storage. Outside the gardens reflect the seasons and the sun sets are breathtaking from the large patio. Tranquility awaits.

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Cooley Mountains, our 3 bedroom home is ready to welcome new visitors. Home is ideally located to the M1 motorway, The Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort, The Lumpers Bar aswell as a variety of beaches and restaurants of choice. Dundalk town is approximately 12 minute drive away. Other things to note: Mini market and pharmacy is approximately 3 minute drive away located at McCrystals XL Supermarket, all grocery and essentials are available.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
