Conveniently located adjacent to Hicks Lodge Cycle Centre and few minutes drive to the historic market town of Ashby de la Zouch. Outdoor fire pit for alfresco cooking and warmth.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

There is space to sleep six, the master bedroom is fitted with a superking sized bed and bedroom two is fitted with a 4ft double; the living room also has a sofa bed which is a double bed when folded out. Private back garden with LED lighting. 5 minute drive to Loughborough town and only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Bradgate park. Off road parking 7kw electrical vehicle charging is available with advanced notice.

The property boasts two reception rooms; one is equipped with a large log burner, the other offers picturesque views of the countryside, featuring an eight-seater table and a sofa bed. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

The church has been fully renovated to provide an unique and unforgettable stay for up to 5 people. Fantastic range of restaurants, shops and pubs, all on the door step. Perfectly located to explore some of south Derbyshires most beautiful sights, Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, Donington Race track are all nearby.

Bumble Cottage

A spacious, characterful cottage which adjoins the owner's house. Comfortable sitting room, dining room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom. Child friendly garden (stairgates, travel cot and high chair available). Adjoins open countryside and has lovely walks right on the doorstep. Within easy reach of Drayton Manor and Thomas Land via the M42. Bumble Cottage is less than a mile from Conkers. A home from home at the heart of the New National Forest.

Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

Perfect for holidaymakers and airline staff, you'll have a separate entrance and off-road parking. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Buses run regularly from the airport linking Loughborough, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Local ales and pub grub available a few minutes down the road.
