Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

μόλις 50μ από την παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και 8 μόνο (περίπου) λεπτά (900μέτρα) με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες με ζωντανή μουσική, fast-food, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ καθώς και εκμισθώσεις αυτοκινήτων και μηχανών. 70μ περίπου από το συγκρότημα, υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη στάση 5 μεγάλη άμμος με δρομολόγια προς όλες τις παραλίες της Σκιάθου καθώς και η πρόσβαση τους προς το λιμάνι, καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (ανά 10 λεπτά).

The house features a clean, aesthetic design with 4 bedrooms (including a separate guest unit)—a space designed to simply breathe and feel at home. New for our guests: We are currently building a swimming pool, which will be ready by early April. Guests visiting from April onwards can enjoy it as part of their stay! Until then, we continue to host with love and look forward to sharing the final result with you.

Στην αυλη υπαρχουν διαφορα παιχνιδια για τα παιδια αλλα και bbq για τους μερακληδες.Στις εγκαταστασεις υπαρχει πλυντηριο και στεγνωτηριο με κερματοδεκτες.
