Memories on Mount View is a 3 bed 1.5 bath country homestead with 3 huge living spaces,a big kitchen and an undercover outdoor entertainment area on a fully fenced private 800sqm block We sit on the edge of town, right on the doorstep of the hunter valley wine region 700m to local shops and a 5min drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley Wineries and some of the country’s best cellar doors & restaurants. Our goal is to provide a comfortable homely space for you and your family to create memories

The Back Forty Solar Cottage

Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free, byo baby needs. also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat. We don’t have WiFi.

This original updated cottage is just a short 7 minute drive to the heart of wine country. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated. There are all the mod cons wifi, coffee machine, Netflix. I use a professional hotel laundry service for that crip hotel quality linen for your comfort. You'll love the outside deck with dinning table, day bed and spa. Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home.
