The complex has the feel of a small community, family oriented and less crowded than the impersonal multi-story complexes. No waiting in line for an elevator!

Stunning 7th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with large balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY! Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 fee per reservation for one parking permit and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
