Beautifully remodeled 1 bdrm/ 1.5 bath condo w/660 sqft that's located in an amazing Beach Condominium Resort without the resort fees. Just steps away from the Sugar White Sands of the Emerald Coast. If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.

Relax with the whole family. Peaceful place to stay. Free resort access wrist bands. Please leave 6 at the end of your stay even if broken they are $50 each if lost. Beach chairs & umbrella rentals not included. Please bring your own chairs unless you intend to rent from Coastal & don’t forget beach towles. One free parking pass per guest. Additional pass available for $25 except only one space allowed per unit from Memorial Day until Labor Day to ensure each unit has a parking spot.

NOTE: Memorial Day to August 1 is Saturday to Saturday only. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and one regular sofa. No pets, no smoking, and at least one guest must be 25 or older. The unit includes 2 canvas beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).
