The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

This studio is private, clean & warm with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Trundler bed available on request NO KITCHEN. microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided Street parking. Off street parking on request Small or medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs not to be left for more than 2 hrs. Milk, drinking water, teas, coffee and sugar provided. One dedicated off-street car park by the bnb entrance.

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Semi -Detached Studio

A bright sunny semi detached studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

The Pool Studio

Newly built 'pool house' in sunny Silverstream. Self contained unit separate from the main house with access to a salt water swimming pool. Nice and close to the train station, the supermarket and Silverstream Village plus venues like "Silverstream retreat" and St Patricks College. Luxury linen, towels and bathroom products. Continental breakfast is included, plus a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.
