“The Loft at Lederach” Upscale Historic Charm

The house was built in 1842 and the upstairs apartment was completely renovated in February 2019. Guests will have access to the entire second floor with a locked private entrance. New appliances and plenty of kitchen tools for the home chef. There is a completely renovated bathroom with its spa like walk-in rain shower. Guests may enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. Convenient washer and dryer are available free of charge. This space is perfect for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreat.

Please note that after few incidents, the fire place is not usable If you would like same day reservation, please submit a request and I’ll do my best to get you in ASAP. This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. If you need anything during your stay we will be more than happy to help, just let’s know.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). "The Garden Studio Apartment" and "The Little House" can be combined to accommodate more friends or family. Country fun!

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!

This cozy cabin sits on 11 acres in a very rural area of Upper Bucks County. Situated right on the edge of a 6 acre pond, the view can't be beat. Boats and life jackets provided. This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!
