There is off-road parking adjacent to your entrance; space to hang wet suits & store surf boards; secure storage for bikes (+ garden access by arrangement.) 10 mins from Barnstaple amenities and easy reach of the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Tiny Place All revamped for 2025

Converted garage 22ft long by 9 wide There is a duel draw air fryer, one ring hot plate, microwave and full fridge freezer . Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and toilet roll provided to start you off. There is a clic clac sofa bed, bedding is provided memory foam mattress topper double duvet+ pillows. shower and toilet, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. Wi-fi with access to entertainment and box sets plus catch up. Disney+ Netflix The garage is ideal for a couple or singles Parking

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.
