This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub.
