Spacious, beautifully restored house in Flavigny

Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme, entretenue pour être confortable, a gardé ses attributs du 19e siècle. Un garage est attenant avec borne de recharge T2.

Une salle d'eau composée d'une douche et toilette Une petite terrasse avec un salon et un espace vert aménagé qui vous permettra de jouir d'un bon moment de détente. Au cœur de la cité des Ducs de Bourgogne, nous vous invitons à venir découvrir la suite de Bacchus. Cette ancienne boulangerie et sa cave voutée, qui en son temps servait d'atelier à l'artisan, vous accueille dorénavant dans un luxueux loft refait à neuf pour un séjour dans la capitale viticole et gastronomique de la Bourgogne. Sa localisation centrale dans la ville, à proximité des restaurants, des monuments et des transports en communs vous est dédiée à la détente et à la relaxation.

The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.

Il est parfaitement isolé pour vous accueillir confortablement en ÉTÉ comme en HIVER.
