Welcome to Victory Cottage. Benefiting from a private parking space, Victory is ideally located to explore Shropshire and the Welsh Marches. Newly renovated to a high standard, our cottage has everything you will need for a luxurious stay. You can enjoy a restful night in a comfortable king-sized bed. Destress in a steam sauna shower. Or read a book in front of the original inglenook fireplace. An 18th century stone terraced cottage located next to The Nelson Inn, on the outskirts of Ludlow.

The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.
