Arethusa Central Apartment

Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.

The 54 m2 apartment is newly renovated and it is located in the center of the city center called "The Opera Square", near the famous Orthodox Cathedral. It has a huge balcony with a great view over the Opera, the church and Victoria Square, as you will see in the pictures. It is bright and cozy, in a classical, yet modern style. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and even an espresso machine. You are close to bars, restaurants, museums and everything you need.

Private jacuzzi apartment

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

The bedroom has a real bed (160*200), while the sofa in the living room can also accommodate two. The apartment is very close to all the city attractions: parks, pubs and clubs, art and culture, and restaurants. Everything that can be of interest to a visitor is within 5 minutes walk.
