Nalazi se u prizemlju te ima privatni ulaz. Prostrano dvorište je idealno za druženje dok uživate u zalascima sunca u jacuzzi-ju i promatrate najmlađe članove dok slobodno uživaju u igri u dvorištu. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Uživajte u kući na dva kata, na katu se nalaze 3 spavaće sobe, toalet sa kupatilom,dnevni boravak sa televizijom i terasa sa pogledom na more. U prizemlju je jedna spavaća soba,takođerkupatilo sa wc-om i perilicom za robu i kuhinja za 10 ljudi, pećnica, perilica suđa, kuhalo za vodu.Na oba kata nalazi se klima i wi fi. Vani vas čeka dvorište,koje uvijek ima hlada u vrućim ljetnim danima, te veliki roštilj. Kroz dvorište se prolazi na plažu, udaljenu svega 10 metara.
