WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
