Studio @ The Gubeon

A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Ebenezer House

This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Longshore Drift

Longshore Drift is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Only 200 yards from the sandy beach. This is a friendly little seaside village with excellent bakeries, supermarkets, fish & chip shops, pubs, restaurants. Nearby there is a golf course. Home provides open plan living with beautiful log burner and smart tv with a fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor there is a king size bed to large bedroom and 2 single beds to the smaller rooms. Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway. Cook a meal, order in or take advantage of the many cafes, restaurants and pubs all within 5 minutes walk.

Seahorse Cottage - Newbiggin by the Sea

Seahorse Cottage is a luxury cottage in the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea’s high street and conservation area, just 100 metres from the picturesque beach and promenade. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Surrounded by cafes and a few restaurants. We have a working stables behind us with some beautiful horses. The Cottage is furnished throughout to a high standard having been fully renovated by the current owners in 2023 and has a lovely deck area at the rear.

Panoramic sea views, dolphins and seals!

This 2018 static is located in Newbiggin-by-Sea. Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village

Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

Ulgham Grange Holiday Cottage, Northumberland

Beautiful rural cottage in the small village of Ulgham just outside Morpeth. This old railway house is situated at the Ulgham Grange Railway crossing within the beautiful Northumberland country side with access to lovely walks straight out the door. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.
