Dusty's Cottage is a ground floor, 2 bedroom flat that sleeps four people comfortably. It has a well equipped kitchen, a slate surrounded shower and bath in the bathroom, a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms and an enclosed courtyard area. It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. Lovely newly refurbished flat in the centre of Lynton. You have all you need in one location while offering a beautiful Town view from the balcony. The property is near all the restaurants and cafes, only a few seconds from the door, and if you do fancy a nice drink out, there is a cracking pub just opposite. The walks from here are great too, only a few yards and you have hit the coast line of the Valley Of Rocks, just keen an eye out for the goats.
