It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are numerous places to enjoy a drink or maybe some food within a few minutes walk ...Charley Fridays cafe is across the road and The Crown Hotel around the corner . Other cafes and restaurants plus a variety of shops including a grocery store ,are within easy reach... Also within 5 - 10 minutes walk is Lynton's uniquelovely little cinema and also the unique funicular ....both highly recommended!!!!

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Tarr Cottage boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. The South West Coast Path is accessed just round the corner and the cliff railway to Lynmouth is only a few hundred metres away.
