One of Tryon's historic homes built in the early 1900's by a local builder and craftsman. Within pleasant walking distance to Tryon's downtown restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, and festivals. Walk to Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Bottle, and Tryon Theatre. Enjoy a relaxing time on the porch or use as a base for exploring Western North Carolina. Close to downtown but on a quiet street and overlooks a two-acre mostly wooded tract.

1920's Mountain Home

This property has undergone a complete modernization renovation upgrade that retains the original character of this historic shingle-style 1920's Mountain Estate. Designed by American Architect Shannon Merriweather, and perched on a ridge with 180 degree views of Warrior and Melrose Mountains, this house is fully furnished with 16 Persian rugs, deep soaking tubs, and an eclectic mix of antique furniture. There is a $100 fee for pets.
