The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

Guests will have their own entrance that opens up to a sun-filled, modern room-ensuite with a fully equipped private kitchen that overlooks our landscaped courtyard. All amenities in the room are new and please treat this facility as your own. The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

This self-contained flat is in a lovely quiet location in Tuggeranong. It is fully furnished with a kitchen and all the things you need to have a relaxing stay. It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.

Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
