The Inverness—Upmarket East Nashville Residence

Relaxing in the beautiful bathtub, sitting on the upstairs deck, cooking in a gormet kitchen, are just some of this family-friendly home's many luxurious touches. Impeccably decorated rooms with bold furniture, comfortable beds, pictures, and decorative accents from around the world, add further refinement to this beautiful home. Entertainment provided by a pair of 55" Smart 4K TVs with Chromecast. Strictly enforced, 2 parking spots in the garage, and 2 parking spots in front of the house is what this property can accommodate. We expect the number of guests in the booking to be the number of guests allowed in the house, unless approved before your stay. This property cannot accommodate more than 8 guests at any given time. We have had issues in the past where people wanted to host receptions or just throw a party, and it got out of hand. We love hosting people in our beautiful home, but we could lose our permit if our neighbors complain to the city. Thanks for understanding, and complying. You will be spoiled with everything that is within a 7 to 10 minute walk from your door step which includes a huge range of trendy bars and cafes, lovely delis, cheese and wine specialist and also a great selection of international cuisines. For entertainment I recommend taking a $7 to $12 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to the coveted Broadway street and downtown. If you want to experience Nashville's nightlife take a $6 to $9 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to Gulch where you have great restaurants, bars and clubs. House is controlled by Nest Thermostats. We are very flexible and accommodating about the special checkin and check out requests. We keep the prices low to accommodate everyone but if we notice that more people have stayed than they booked for, there will be a surcharge of $75 per guest per night. Within walking distance, or a quick drive, are a wide range of trendy bars, cafes, delis, and amazing restaurants. Dine locally on a wide choice of restaurants, including international cuisines. Broadway, The Gulch, Germantown and Downtown, are just a short drive away.

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Recharge and Renew in a Preserved Historic Cottage

Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Welcome to The Dolly Llama! This entire house in the heart of East Nashville is close to everything, but feels secluded - providing endless options for fun and exploration, but also peace of mind. Built in 2021, the Dolly Llama was designed with an open floor plan, modern finishes, large bathrooms and our favorite feature - a GIANT back deck. Some of Nashville's best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music venues, vintage stores, etc. are within a 5-10 minute drive/Uber. Enjoy, Y'all!

This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
