It's centrally located in the desirable part of the Malecon and close to all the best restaurants and shopping! This large penthouse studio also features a private rooftop area with a dipping pool, sun loungers and outdoor kitchen and grill. This apartment is located on only a few steps from the gym and large infinity pool with an amazing view of the sea!

Cozy - Oceanfront condo

New oceanfront condo on second floor level on the Malecon in town. Sleeps a maximum of six persons (no exceptions). It has 2 bedrooms (each with one queen-size bed), a futon in living area, 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a fully furnished kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & blender, pots & pans, silverware & utensils). Individual Wifi and excellent cell phone signal. There is a small pool located at the back of the condo building.
