Watch from your bed as the sun rises over the Caribbean Sea. Slowly, the clouds in the sky turn pink and the birds welcome you to join them in another day in paradise! We offer a brand new studio condo for 2-3 people. The condo features a comfortable sleeping area, living area, bathroom, dining table and a complete kitchen. The best location in town! Our building is slightly away from all the noise on the Malecon but also easily walkable to the center of town when you feel like it!

Cozy - Oceanfront condo

New oceanfront condo on second floor level on the Malecon in town. Sleeps a maximum of six persons (no exceptions). It has 2 bedrooms (each with one queen-size bed), a futon in living area, 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a fully furnished kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & blender, pots & pans, silverware & utensils). Individual Wifi and excellent cell phone signal. There is a small pool located at the back of the condo building.

The condo is located 2 floors up from the ground.

Nuestro Estudio Tizimín (Caballito en maya) es un espacio diseñado para 2 personas, ya sea con dos camas individuales o camas juntas para formar una gran cama King. Ideal para parejas que viajan solas o amigos en una aventura en el Caribe. Tizimín es nuestra Suite en planta baja al pie de la alberca. Excelente para descansar y pasar unas vacaciones relajadas.
