Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis after your long drive or your exciting cave experience. Very comfy Queen bed. Only 28 metres off State Highway 39, 2km northwest of the lovely town of Otorohanga. 15 mins drive to Waitomo Caves 2 minutes drive to town. Situated 15 metres from the main house, the unit is private and secure, with car park alongside unit. Easy entry - just walk in, there is a key inside. Good wifi, modern TV, microwave, jug, breakfast in the fridge - cereal, milk.

We are located 11 minutes to Otorohanga where you will find numerous Cafes, Restaurants and eating places. Also the Kiwi House is worth a look along with the Sir Edmund Hilary walkway. Waitomo Glow Worm Caves, Black Water Rafting and the Ruakuri Bush Walk is a short 20 minute drive away.

'Painted Skies' is a modern two bedroom guest house situated on our 20 acre lifestyle block 3km from the Te Kuiti township in the heart of the King Country. We are situated only 200m from the Main Street of otorohanga and an easy 15min drive to the popular Waitomo caves. Accommodation is a single room situated approximately 15m from main house with a parking area right by unit and offers everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. Continental breakfast is provided. Also available if required we have a pull out single bed which would be more suited for a child.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located just out of Te Kuiti it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located beside the main house you have your own access and outdoor area. In summer there is the family pool for you to use too. This property is private, surrounded by trees and farmland. We are also located along the Te Araroa track an ideal place to stop between Waitomo and Pureora Forest.

Stay two nights and explore the region? Centrally located to a host of areas. Hobbiton, Matamata, Raglan, Marokopa falls, Kawhia where you can dig a hot pool in low tide, all less than an 1 hours drive away.
