Darley Abbey Mills Cottage

This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double and one queen sized bedroom, sofa bed and a delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. Note: Stairs can be steep for the infirm.

An 1840's stone built One bed cottage in the heart of Derwent Valley - the charming market town of Belper, tastefully decorated to a high standard throughout. Centrally located to the bustling high street, with an array of friendly independent shops, from artisan bakeries, cafés & bars. Not only a fantastic high street, Belper has some excellent walks around the beautiful countryside, wander through Riverside meadows & amble along quiet lanes & be sure to be rewarded with some spectacular views.

Relax in this cosy country retreat in the beautiful village of Holbrook. Stone Trough Cottage is approx 150 years old with thick stone walls and original oak beams. Centrally heated plus a log burner for those cosy nights. There’s plush carpets and cosy bedrooms and lots of storage space. The village pub is one min walk The bus takes 10 mins to Belper, bustling with individual shops, bars and restaurants. 🐾 Pets welcome £25 per stay for up to two pets. The Garden apartment in historic Milford offers a cosy, self-contained retreat in a Grade II stone cottage, built c.1795, with a private garden and scenic views of the World Heritage mill village. The old mill is currently being developed. The area is easily explored with walks, pubs & restaurants from your doorstep. A bus route provides easy access to the Peak District National Park, Derby city, shops, and tourist attractions like Chatsworth, galleries & museums. We’d love to welcome you :-)

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Bridle Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set next to Hartshay Brook and along a beautiful Bridle lane, amidst rolling countryside with stunning walks straight from the door. Lower Hartshay is a hidden gem, a tiny rural village in Derbyshire. The cottage is along a former tow path behind a picket fence. Inside it boasts a quirky layout with log burner,beams and a stone stairwell to the large kitchen. Enjoy the paddock to the front and seating terrace to the rear looking over the brook.

Located across the River Derwent from The West Mill and River Mill venues, the cottage provides the perfect spot for guests seeking a peaceful night after a day of celebrations. NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

The White House Garden Cottage

A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
