Fridfullt och centralt boende med trädgård som en egen oas. Centrum och centralstation nås på 5 min, stranden på 12 min med cykel. Endast 15 min till Näset, 25 min till Falsterbo och Malmö. Huset är 135 kvm inkl. källarplan med bastu, biljard och relax. Ett sovrum (familjesäng och 2 bäddsoffor som bäddas ut till dubbelsängar). Ett badrum och en toalett. Pool april–oktober. Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Enkelt boende på 55 kvm med trädgård och grillplats. I boendet finns det plats för förvaring, badrum med separat toalett och dusch, tvättmaskin, kök, kylskåp samt frys och allt man behöver för att laga mat. Gratis parkering precis utanför boendet för flera bilar (även husbil). Stor trädgård med massa fruktträd, bärbuskar, damm, grillplats. OBS! City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Please read the entire passage under YOUR PROPERTY. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
