It is the other half of half.. more! nestled within the tranquil settings of Calangute, away from the bustle of the busy streets, you can expect a calm, restful stay with all the right amenities. The fun & excitement of Calangute is moments away. We are close to Calangute & Candolim Beach, Clubs like SinQ, LPK, Cohibas, etc. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) & big groups when booked as rooms together.

We have 3 AC Suites in a Bungalow accommodates 14 tourist. Deluxe Suite-Gr Flr, Imperial Suite-1st Flr, Blossom Suite-1st Flr. The lonely (less crouded) clean Tarkarli beach is adjusent to our Courtyard just 50 steps away. It is safe for swimming or just wadding in to the water. It is so near that you can go for early morning stroll or enjoy evening Sunset. The area is so safe that our tourist go for night walk also. We have battery backup for all Suites. Each suite has a balcony.

Huge Studio with some Sea View, 5min Morjim Beach

This cosy apartment is the best apartment in our property. It's on the 3rd floor and facing the sea. Sea is 250 meters away it's quite in a distance and you have sunny weather. In the rainy season we had to pack balcony with PVC from strong wind and rain. So there will be no view in the rainy season. The apartment is huge, it's 100 square meters, it has a kitchen with all necessary utensils to cook some food, fridge, electric kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery.
