The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! (If you like your music loud and late nights, then this place WILL NOT be a good fit for that.) Your unit is in a building with other commercial space and other tenants. A waterfront deck view with your stay. Welcome to Anne’s Place. Not suitable or safe for children 0-12 years also it’s an older building there are no child friendly spaces.

Newly renovated downstairs studio apt. It is it's own apartment, but there is a shared laundry. 2.7 miles to Reston Town Center, Herndon, & the Reston metro. 15 minutes from Tyson's Corner and Dulles Airport. Washington, DC. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.

Need to social distance? Our quiet country studio is far enough from Washington DC to get away without being gone. Ideal for grabbing some space, a long run, a bike ride, or visiting local wineries. The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

Easily walkable to Downtown Culpeper! This restored and newly renovated historic property allows easy access to Downtown Culpeper. It features a large outdoor fire pit and expansive grounds to spread out and relax. This 1000 sqft unit is located in the upper level with views of the surrounding grounds and trees. Brightly decorated and designed in partnership with Lets Go and Stay properties; the Red Fox retreat is a great place to stay while visiting Culpeper and the surrounding area.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
