Everything from paddle boarding to offshore sport fishing charters and many restaurants and coffee shops are within a short walk. It is a cozy place to relax with friends and family. The location is perfect!

The Parakeet is part of a larger home, fully separated from the main house by a locked utility room with two sets of secure double doors for complete privacy.
