Queen bedroom and double Twinkl mattress bedroom & desk sleep two adults, or one or two couples.Three minute drive to nearest Golf Club, 7 minutes to the Ocean Beach. Walk to Museum, cafe & Daring in 4 minutes. Community Park & New World near. Tavern on the estuary & Saturday morning market are a short drive. Minimum 2 night stay - prefer 3-4 night stays. Off-street parking for one car.

There is an outdoor hot spa, an indoor fireplace and indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.
