Tropicabana at the Beach

Small studio cabin nestled in the corner of our family property, located less than 100m from the beach in the lovely relaxed Ruakākā village. Our cabin provides a private get away for 2 guests and dogs are welcome too! The bathroom is outside - a private outdoor shower and toilet, a little bit different to the norm! The cabin features a big bed and a cute private courtyard to sit and enjoy the sun. Please note - there are no cooking facilities but there is coffee/tea, a toaster and bar fridge.

The Blue Beach House

Come and stay in our awesome and sunny guest house in Mangawhai Heads! Only 15 minutes walk from the estuary beach, the Wood street shops and 30 minutes walk to the popular surf beach! You will love staying here, the apartment has large north facing triple stacker sliding doors that you can leave open to soak in the all day sun! Even in winter you will feel like you are in the middle of summer. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Brynderwyns and fresh fruits from our garden (in season)!

At Tranquility Lodge you will find a very quiet and conveniently located guesthouse to meet all your needs in a peaceful countryside setting only 3 kms to the CBD. Rose's Cottage

A self contained cottage. 1 minute walk from a long, white sand popular surf beach and 2 minutes to a beautiful tidal estuary. The cottage is behind my house in a semi tropical lush garden. Pataua is a perfect place for walking, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing. The garden is fenced so safe for babies and children or a small dog. My small dogs Ody and Tom share the garden. They are full of life but super friendly and gentle.
