The Treehouse: Off-grid Retreat

Shaded in a canopy of macrocarpa trees at the base of Mt Taranaki national park, The Treehouse is a grown-up childhood sanctuary. Built from recycled materials, a repurposed spiral staircase takes you up the multiple levels of The Treehouse to a secluded living space nestled between the trees. Kick back in the canopy, swoop on the swings or shoot down the slide. This self-contained treehouse is powered by renewable energy and is only a short drive to New Plymouth, local beaches and the mountain.

Our self contained apartment offers unique semi rural accommodation with amazing mountain views suited for tourists & travelers to enjoy all our region offers. Relax in the living area with comfortable lounging, dining table with full kitchen incl. dishwasher. Indulge yourself in a luxury queen size bed. A second bedroom offers a king single. You’ll love my place because it is a brand new purpose built holiday beach pad. Views of Mount Taranaki out one side and the ocean on the other side in a secluded rural setting . Morning thru to afternoon sun with log burner and heat pump for the cold days. pets welcome

Close to the beach and some of NZ's best surf breaks. Situated in the hub of a friendly lively village close walking distance to all amenities; shop, restaurants, cafes, beauty spa, famil pub, surfboard hire, bush walks and hiking, public transport. You’ll love our place because it is close to everything the village has to offer, yet quiet and secluded and only 10mins walk to the beach. There is 1 bedroom plus a pull out queen sofa bed in the lounge.please note this is small for 4 adults.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The studio is separate, fully fenced, lovely and private. It includes a relaxing little Zen garden area. The TV has all of the subscriptions. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle & fridge. The stunning Oakura surf beach and Black Sand Pizzeria is just a 15 minute walk away, the cute little Oakura village, cafes and restaurants, a 12 minute walk away, and the Kaitake Ranges a 15 minute walk.

The Drydock - 3 Bedroom House with Mountain Views

Brand new 3-Bedroom house with off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac. Central location close to river walkways, speedway, hockey turf, swimming pool and supermarket. Separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. All three bedrooms have double or queen sized beds and the third bedroom is also set up as a workspace. There are also floor mattresses for kids. Stratford is 40 minutes from New Plymouth and 30 minutes from Hawera. It is the closest town to Taranaki Maunga.
