It's old, but it is full of charm!

A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

3 minutes off of Interstate 40 exit 390. Only 45 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes to River landing. Duplin Winery is 20 minutes from here. Experience a new home with everything you need to make you comfortable for your stay. Fur babies welcome. Large lot consisting of 10 acres. Plenty of room to spread out.
