Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

The Beach Bach

A classic kiwi beach bach. We welcome you to come stay on the boundaries of the Abel Tasman on our farm and amongst the nature and soak up the view of the Abel Tasman Foothills and Tasman Bay Ocean views. This is an old school 1 bedroom Bach with an amazing kitchen and living room centred round a cozy fireplace. Stay includes free unlimited Wifi with full kitchen and bathroom. The main reception is just 300m away for any help or local advise. The legendary Park Cafe is just down the road 100m.

Kaiteriteri, Marahau, Split Apple-Kowhai Cottage

A beautiful home in a stunning location overlooking Marahau, Adele Island and Abel Tasman National Park. Built with earth block and wood, this home has a warm and inviting character, surrounded by native forest, you will relax to the sound of Bell birds and Tuis. The master bedroom opens onto a private patio facing north, to capture morning sun and the ever-present view of the National Park. Two further bedrooms look out over native forest, creating plenty of space for family or guests.

Tinyhouse Modern Retreat "The Apple"

Welcome to "The Apple", our Tinyhouse on wheels. Situated outside of the delightful township of Motueka we have built this tiny retreat and are super excited to be able to offer this unique accommodation experience to others. Lie in bed and watch the stars or enjoy the view out across the Tasman bay. Staying in a tinyhouse is an experience. Modern, bright and comfortable "the Apple" is a perfect escape, a relaxing weekend getaway with the beautiful Tasman region at your doorstep.

Motueka is the nearest township to the stunning Kaiteriteri Beach and Abel Tasman National Park, and has everything you need.

BBQ while watching the tide. Room for 6 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double and a bunk room) with a fold down queen size bed in living room, open plan living / Kitchen area, great indoor outdoor flow. 10 minutes walk to Abel Tasman walking track, shop/booking office, cafe/bar 200m along road.

Cederman Studio. Walk to Kaiteriteri Beach No fees

Self Contained Guest Studio on ground floor of new home, with views of Stephens Bay and walking tracks to Kaiteriteri Beach, Little Kaiteriteri and Stephens Bay. We do not charge any extra cleaning fees. Our home is quiet, away from the main busy part of Kaiteriteri but the tracks mean you are only minutes away from its world famous beaches. We are situated just 500m away from the start of the Kaiteriteri mountain bike park. Plenty of Parking. Contactless check in.

Kanuka Bush Retreat - Peace in the Abel Tasman

Paradise just 2km from the Abel Tasman Park (5 mins by car or a 30min walk). This private and off grid hideaway is a perfect spot to relax and recharge, write, create or have your own retreat! With beautiful views and native birdsong, this rustic cabin sits on a hillside within a community farm. It has Wifi, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a two ring gas cooker. Private and clean compost toilet. Outdoor bath/shower shared with one other (See Guest Access).

Split Apple Beaches & Bays Marahau

Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.

The Cottage at The Gables

Once a pottery shed now a one bedroom cottage with ensuite bathroom, fully functional kitchen, living, dining areas and rear patio area with afternoon sun and views of the mountains. Within walking distance of Motueka town centre, Motueka golf club, taste trail cycle path and all local amenities.

Quiet and cosy Motueka

The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling.
