La nostra casa è una tipica costruzione medievale cielo-terra con una piccola cortina esterna e un terrazzo panoramico situata a due passi dai luoghi più iconici della città. La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Sita in una posizione privilegiata, di fronte alla Mensa Ponderaria, al Duomo e a pochi passi da Villa d’Este, è un rifugio di charme per chi cerca un mix di storia, arte e comfort moderno. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Situata al primo piano, offre cucina, bagnetto e una spaziosa camera da letto con una divertente poltrona sospesa. Al secondo piano, gestito da mia figlia, c'è la casa dei ricordi Verde. La terrazza in comune è perfetta per godere del tramonto.

Si tratta di una casetta iimmersa nel verde del parco nazionale dei Monti Lucretini. In questo parco si possono effettuare escursioni adattissime alle famiglie e ai più giovani. Ci sono 53 sentieri per oltre 230 km. A cinque minuti di macchina è possibile raggiungere i bellissimi Laghi di Percile… inoltre troverete una piscina panoramica pubblica a 2 minuti di distanza ( il costo e’ di 10€ ) dopo le 19:00 pm aperitivo time
