Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

The holiday apartment "Biohof Ruances Sas" is situated in San Cassiano and offers a splendid Alpine view directly from the windows. The 42 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Within 300m you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, cafes, pizzaservice, tennis courts and an ice skating rink in the winter. There is a car parking in front of the house. Other free parking is available nearby.
