Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Nature at best! Settled on just under 2 acres on a hill where you can see the beautiful panoramic views of Vulture Mine Peak and the lights of our quaint little town. An adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hacienda house that will sleep up to 6 people. Plus, 2 (17x40) corals with a round pen and a tack room! Super close to everything. Nestled next to Az Preserve property for miles of trails for riding horses as well as bikes,motorcycles etc. Pics do not do justice. It’s a must see!!!

This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
