A fairly secluded feel, surrounded by trees w/views of distant hills w/very close/easy access to both wonderful towns of Fairfax & San Anselmo. (3-5 min drive/25-30 min walk to either). Deer Park & Marin Art & Garden are very close for weddings/events!

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

Diamond House is a mid-century modern hillside home in a nature-filled setting at the end of a quiet, winding cul-de-sac. The attached guest suite has a private entry separate from the main house, spacious bedroom with sitting area, window AC, and en-suite bath. From the small private deck you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the quiet, natural setting while watching for the neighborhood family of deer. Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
