Situada en una calle tranquilla en punto mas alto de Altea, tiene vistas increibles, casi 360’ sin vecinos al lado. Casa tiene todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo todo por la playa. Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
