This fantastic apartment in the urbanization Imperial Park is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from the beaches of Calpe and coves of Benissa and Moraira. The property boasts a swimming pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with umbrellas and sun loungers. The apartment has been recently renovated in April 2024 and features air conditioning, heating, a TV, a terrace, a Nespresso coffee machine, a barbecue, and much more. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and towels.
