At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Posizione ideale anche per raggiungere l’isola di Ponza, con l’imbarco a 80 metri dal portone del palazzo. A 1km(15 minuti a piedi)si trova la stazione del treno con capolinea Roma Termini. E' possibile passeggiare per tutto il paesino di Anzio lasciando la macchina al parcheggio dietro il palazzo o giungendo direttamente con il treno. *L’appartamento si trova al 3º piano SENZA ascensore*

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.
