In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Shepherds Barn a 2 bedroom barn conversion

CHECK IN AFTER 3pm and BEFORE 8pm unless prior arrangements are made with the host. NO PETS OR PARTIES. NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT with hosts. CHECK OUT BY 11am. This new beautiful, cosy, barn conversion. The barn has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with lounge and large 65inch smart TV. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. 'The Hovel' is a beautiful countryside retreat. Enjoy the green oasis of Warwickshires picturesque scenery with countryside walks surrounding the farm. This stunning little barn has all amenities. Set on a working farm nestled in a newly planted vineyard, you can walk the vines on a evening stroll and see the magnificent sunsets. Outside you can relax, enjoy Al fresco dining, barbecuing and even a dip in the hot tub!

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

Our luxury Glamping Pod is perched where Gopsall Hall once stood. The location was selected for the hall due to its natural beauty. You'll experience this whilst staying in our pod with the beautiful Leicestershire countryside surrounding you - maybe whilst relaxing in the pods hot tub!
