Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. It is a nice place to relax and still be a short drive to cafes, restaurants, shopping, beaches, waterfalls and forests.
