Be greeted at the gate by our 5 rescued pigs before enjoying the king bedroom, large shower, kitchen, and cozy living area with a sofa bed and TV. High-speed internet keeps you connected, while your private oasis outside features a hot tub, BBQ, and dining area. Perfect for relaxation or a unique retreat surrounded by nature and rescued animals.

Set behind our farm, completely private cabin next to a large well stocked fishing lake, (no additional cost to fish just bring your own rod. Catch and release using our nets). Beautiful countryside views, local walks, cycling, close to local villages and lovely country pubs. Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
