This experience is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech to the breathtaking Atlas Mountains. Visit the Atlas Mountains, passing through the three valleys and its wonderful waterfalls with the Berber villages. You will also experience The traditional Berber culture along the way. I will meet you at your hotel/Airbnb or at the meeting point at 9:00 AM! Then we will drive for 30 minutes We will stop for a Camel ride on the way to Ourika valley the camel drivers will be waiting for us to give us a local nomadic costumes that makes it an authentic experience, You will hop on your very well-treated camel take photos and enjoy a cup of mint tea in a Berber tent. Next, we will go to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Azrou, stop for photos, and then we'll visit a co-op to enjoy a traditional breakfast. We will continue to visit the most amazing places in the Atlas Mountains: three valleys, Berber villages, Atlas Mountains waterfalls, Imlil valley, with a 1:30h walk to visit the villages and see a beautiful views. Then we will go to a private village where we are going to have lunch in my family house wich is cooked by my mother. The tour starts in Marrakech at 09:00 and ends in Marrakech at 17:30. I will start by meeting in the center of Marrakech then explain to you where we will be heading to. The places we will visit and eat into are mainly in the NON-TOURISTIC areas. So we will walk and drive from area to area and visit different Neighborhoods where locals are living. You will have nothing to pay during all the experience. All the food and drinks are included in the price. Depending on your food taste and the moment of the day, You will have the choice between the: 1- "Msemen & Harcha" (moroccan pancakes) 2- "Harira" (Famous Vegetarian Moroccan soup) 3- "Chebakiya" ( Sweets for the brunch) 4- "Khoudenjal" (Hot Herbal infusion) 5- "The Khanez ou Bnin" (bread with eggs and veggies) 6- "Rass Mbekher" ( Steamed Sheep's Head with cumin) 7- "Raïb" (Famous Moroccan frozen yogurt) 8- "Chwa" (Grilled Beef/Chiken meat) 9- "Berbouche" (Snail Soup) 10-"Sardil mechoui" (Sardines ball cooked in the coal) 11- "Assir" (Fresh Fruit juice) In this list, some street food are available in the morning and others in the afternoon. Nous achèterons ensuite ce dont nous aurons besoin pour le cours (légumes, viande...), ca ne sera pas un marché mais plutôt des petites boutique a coté de chez moi, et nous allons partir à ma maison située dans l'ancienne médina. Je vais commencé mon cours de cuisine en vous apprenant à préparer du thé marocain traditionnel, puis nous nous installerons pour l'heure du thé et dégusterons de délicieux biscuits et gâteaux marocains au fur et à mesure que nous apprenons à nous connaître. le menu sera composé des entrées, des plats principal Je vous expliquerai étape par étape le processus de cuisson et vous enseignerai ma technique de cuisson personnelle et ma sélection unique d'herbes et d'épices pour créer le repas marocain le plus authentique que vous avez jamais goûté. Si vous cherchez à acheter de l'huile dargan Cosmetic et vous ne savez pas si elle est pur ou pas, il y aura la possibilité de la fabriquer vous-même à la main. In the beginning, i will welcome you into my family house (RAID) , the most traditional part in Marrakesh city. First, we'll start our program by choosing which Moroccan menu is best for you. Tajine/Couscous/Pastila/Tanjia....Also we have a vegetarian and vegan menu. second, you will taste the Moroccan tea with different flavors and ingredients and also our make at home Moroccan pastry. Our menu composed of; Appetizer+main dish and dessert. We will enjoy this cooking experience. we will show you all the Moroccan kitchen tools , and plus Chef Fatima will share with you all the skills and secrets of the Moroccan cuisine. All the steps will be done by yourself , also you will discover a different species and plants , then you will eat your meal in a joyful and familial atmosphere. We will meet meet you outside of the Argana cafe at 8:00 am or pick you up from your hotel/Riad . we will take a 3-hour journey to the beautiful city of Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast. On the way you will be able to photograph goats climbing on Argan trees, you will visit of a local womens cooperative and learn how some fine cosmetic products are locally made out of the rich Argan oil. Once you arrive at the port city of Essaouira , you will explore the beautiful city and its beach at your leisure. You will have time to enjoy the charming sights of Essaouira, including its white-colored walls, the beautiful Moulay El Hassan square, the harbor with its fishing port and old Portuguese fortifications, the souks, and the beautiful small streets of the city's ancient Medina . Enjoy a lunch of seafood or vegetarian cooking in a local restaurant. You will depart Essaouira around 16:30, arriving back around 20:00 p.m in Marrakech. note 1: Essaouira is a laid-back and peacefull seaside town which you can explore at your own pace. We will meet at the meeting point in the Medina at 06:30 pm. Our tour will include tasting 5-8 dishes in different parts of the city which are all accessible on foot. I will be explaing all the dishes and their relationship to our culture. While we are walking we will stop at diffrent places to taste food and discover the beautiful aspect behind it. This tour is also great for those who want to know more about Morocco because I will definitely explain everything related to our culture and lifestyle. We can end our tour at a rooftop.

Icluded in the price of the experience is the paragliding activity with go pro footage and the equipment with a professional pilot to be more confortable and safe. We will pick you up from you Riad or Hotel or we can meet you in the meeting place beside Argan coffee, towards the high Atlas Mountains via Tahannaout (local weekly market on Tuesday ). We will than continue To Asni village (local weekly market on Saturdays). Our journey will take us past waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan. We will pick you up from your hotel early morning before the sun rises, between 4 am - 5 am depending on your location and sun rise timings. You'll board a hot air balloon all set for the tour. With a professional pilot maneuvering the hot air balloon, you get to fly over the vast desert of Agafay and watch the rising sun as well as the unique flora and fauna of the desert. The entire flight lasts for around 40-70 minutes in front of The Atlas Mountains , depending on the speed and direction of the wind. Enjoy your ride, take pictures. Our photography session will begin by meeting in the heart of the city, Jemaa El Fna. We will then take a walk and discover the magnificent alleys of the medina and it's hidden gems where I’ll be able to take amazing photos of you. However, if you would like to customize the experience, feel free to let me know.
