Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located gem. Whether you are traveling to see family/friends, business or simply passing through, this is a great place to call home. We renovated the apartment in May 2021 then topped it off with tasteful decorations. We strive to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The apt has one bedroom w/a queen bed, stocked kitchen with Keurig & toaster along with other cooking utensils. One full bath, shower/tub combo, sleeper sofa in the living room.

A 10 minute drive to historic Columbia, home of our 11th President James K Polk. 5 minute drive to Spring Hill Home of the world famous MuleTown Celebration. Old town charm off the Public Square. Just a 30 minute country drive to historic Leapers Fork to visit antique markets and old world diner. Come relax and sit a spell. :-)

Farm Living

Farm life at its best! Step out on a elevated private deck and take in the peaceful view. 140 acres for you to unplug and unwind. Walk over to see the goats or stop by the chicken coop for fresh eggs (seasonal). With 140 acres you can truly take in nature. In the evening spend time on the deck and watch the gorgeous sunsets and deer in the field. We live on the property, next door to the rental home. **larger animals rotate pastures, you may or may not see certain animals during your visit.

This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting. Take a ride through the neighborhood and view many of the beautiful homes and barns that host these events.
