decor is casual and cozy; Queen size mattress is new. Ceiling fan and closet in room. Private Bath is across the hall from bedroom. Guests enter through front door where the guest room and bath is immediately there. Giving them ultimate privacy; owners room is on other side of house.The TV in this room as it is run by antenna, not cable. Giving you access to maybe 4 or 5 channels in English and 5 or so in Spanish. The local news station comes in clearly.

The space is cheery and comfortable. Plenty of space to rest, relax and enjoy! . The neighborhood is quiet residential and friendly. You may see boaters coming in to take their boats out but otherwise quiet. Just a few miles away quiet turns into action. Many eateries, pubs, Music, stores and shopping just minutes away. The front of the house is unassuming but I think you will really enjoy the comfort and views of the backyard!
